Star Central Studios Learning Center receives resolution from Texas Senator Cesar Blanco

On February 15, 2023, Gilbert Jorgenson, President of Star Central Studios Learning Center, was recognized by Senator Cesar Blanco. A resolution was signed in acknowledgement of El Paso Days in Austin. Jorgenson was joined by members of the community of El Paso who represent the transportation, healthcare, sports, and county government.
